SOLUTION: When an internal cover 32 is closed, this internal cover 32 is held in the state that the buffer material 45 and the abutting position (or the other end of the internal cover 32) of a main body come into contact or in the state that a spacing is opened. The holding of the internal cover 32 is effected by an arm 40 energized to be turned by a torsion spring 41. |
