PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sprayer for an air conditioner with good handleability having a heat exchanger of an indoor unit capable of being cleaned when cleaning is necessary. SOLUTION: The water sprayer for an air conditioner wherein water is sprayed and sprinkled on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit comprises a solenoid valve for opening and closing a water passage, a controller main body for controlling execution and interruption of water-spraying and water- sprinkling by opening and closing the solenoid valve, a water sprayer for jetting water controlled by the controller main body, and a spray attaching member on which the sprayer is secured. A cleaning means for the heat exchanger for spraying and sprinkling water continuously for a specified time is provided.
