PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional holding grip for a large and/or heavy tool device suitably used in terms of human engineering for carrying around the tool device and capable of protecting a tool holder in such a way as not contacting with the ground directly. SOLUTION: The holding grip for the tool device 1 to strike along the striking axis A at least partially is equipped with a hammering mechanism and the tool holder 3 for the holder to hold the tool in such a way as capable of rotating interlockingly, wherein the holding grip 5 is connected as a functional unit with a washing head 4 capable of being coupled with the tool holder 3 strongly.
