PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method hardly subjected to inhibitive reaction due to a reactive component isolated from a solid phase in a measuring system with solid-liquid reaction. SOLUTION: In the measuring system with the solid-liquid reaction, the reactive component (1) is fixed to the solid phase. By making coexist in a liquid phase a substance with reactivity to the reactive component (1) and of a molecular weight lower than that of a substance with which the reactive component (1) should naturally react in the measuring system, measurement inhibition is reduced.
