PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage conveying device capable of improving workability on a floor and securing conveying stability of baggage. SOLUTION: This baggage conveying device 10 comprises a moving means 20 that is stored in a groove disposed in the floor and can move along the groove, a supporting means 30 that is disposed in the moving means 10 and moves together with the moving means 20, a lifting means 40 that raises the supporting means 30 with respect to the moving means 20, projects it from the groove, and lifts the baggage on the floor via the supporting means 30. The baggage conveying device 10 moves the baggage along the groove while lifting it. The supporting means 30 is disposed at a position higher than the upper surface of the moving means 20, and width of the supporting means 30 is set smaller than that of the moving means 20. Therefore, opening width of the groove can be set small while inner width of the groove is set large.
