PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for part feeder, capable of exact vibration by attaining highly precise control with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This control method comprises a vibrating element 16 such as a piezoelectric vibrator or a magnet vibrating at a prescribed frequency, a vibrating device 14 fitted with the vibrating element 16, a delivery part 12 for vibrating and delivering an interior part by giving vibration using the vibrating device 14, and a driving circuit 20 for driving the vibrating element 16. A driving signal is transmitted to the driving circuit 20 from a control part 22 to perform prescribed driving. A detected signal obtained from the vibrating by the oscillating element 16 is fed back, and the fed-back signal is Fourier-transformed. The fed-back signal after the transformation is separated into a carrier signal component involved in the conveyance of parts and other noise components, and based on the carrier signal component, the vibrating device 14 is controlled.
