PURPOSE: An air conditioner with anti-overcooling function is provided to execute dehumidifying function and to prevent overcooling of a room. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner includes a compressor(300) compressing refrigerant to be of high temperature and pressure; an outdoor heat exchanger(310) radiating heat contained in refrigerant compressed by the compressor to liquefy; a first expansion valve(320) making refrigerant discharged from the outdoor heat exchanger of low pressure or bypassing according to opening degree thereof; a first indoor heat exchanger(330) exchanging heat with refrigerant discharged through the first expansion valve; a second expansion valve(325) making refrigerant discharged from the first indoor heat exchanger of low pressure or bypassing according to opening degree thereof; a second indoor heat exchanger(335) exchanging heat with refrigerant discharged through the second expansion valve and outputting to the compressor; and a control part(340) controlling operation of the compressor and the opening degree of the first expansion valve and the second expansion valve.
