PURPOSE: An impact test apparatus is provided to prevent accident by allowing the impact test apparatus to be accommodated into a low temperature chamber and testing person to control the apparatus from outside the chamber, while achieving improved accuracy of test result. CONSTITUTION: An impact test apparatus comprises a main body(10) having a scale indicator(12a), which is arranged to be height-adjustable; a drop board(20) including a charging part(22) connected to a weight feed path(24), a weight passage(26) connected from the charging part to a drop exit(28), the drop exit formed at the opposite side from the charging part, and a stopper(29) for pausing the moving weight at the drop exit; and an operation unit(30) which extends forward from a cylinder(34), and pushes the weight paused at the charging part toward the drop exit. The operation unit includes a housing(32) arranged in the vicinity of the charging part of the drop board; the cylinder mounted within the housing; a piston(36) moving forward within the cylinder by the air pressure being applied to a pressure plate; an elastic member having an end fixed to the front surface of the pressure plate and the other end fixed to the inner surface of the cylinder; a nozzle part connected to the rear end of the cylinder; and an air pressure generator for supplying air pressure to the nozzle part.
