PURPOSE: A vehicle bumper structure is provided to protect occupants of vehicle by reducing the breakage of parts installed in a chassis or in an engine room. CONSTITUTION: A moving member(31) makes contact with an inner center portion of a bumper cover(10). The primary winding coil(30) is wound around the moving member(31). A conductive member(32) connected to a power supplying source(20) is positioned at a rear part of the moving member(31). The secondary winding coil(33) is positioned at a side of the primary winding coil(30) in order to generate an induced electromotive force. A stopper driving coil(35) is arranged around a stopper(34) including a magnet. A control device(37) is moved backward when an impact is applied to a bumper. Two links are connected to a front end of the control device(37). A shock absorbing spring(42) is provided between hinges(40) so as to absorb shock.
