PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a vehicle body panel is provided to improve sealing efficiency by laser-welding a roof panel and a side outer panel without a vehicle body sealer, a coating sealer and a reinforcement side outer panel. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body panel assembly is composed of a side outer panel(20); a roof panel(10) combined with the side outer panel by laser-welding; and a side inner panel(30) combined with an end(21) of the side outer panel by spot-welding. An end(11) of the roof panel is combined with the side outer panel by laser welding, and the end of side outer panel is combined with the side inner panel by spot welding. The end of the side outer panel is combined with an end(31) of a side inner panel by spot welding. Sealing efficiency is improved with laser welding the roof panel and the side outer panel.
