PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin structure having satisfactory removing workability of a back cover, while keeping the heat conductivity from the back cover in a thermal power generating clock. SOLUTION: A heat conductive spacer 12 is arranged between the back cover 5 and an adhesive heat conductive sheet 6, and holes 11a and 11b and an outer shape are provided on a low-temperature side heat-conduction plate 11 which is superposed with a part such as a secondary battery 8 or a coil 9 in cross section. |
