PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the repetitive contact and separation between the valve rod front end of a valve element and the end of a pressure sensitive bellows device each time an electromagnetic coil device is energized or deenergized and prevent the wear of a contact area between the valve element and the pressure sensitive bellows device. SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive bellows device 41 is provided in a pressure sensing chamber 16 so as to be displaceable in a valve opening/closing direction and the springing force of a valve opening spring 51 can be transmitted to the valve element 17 via the pressure sensitive bellows device 41.
