PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device which intermittently carries out the supply of a base film and the unloading of a laminating film in a state where the films are exposed to the air while a space for joining is always set in a vacuum state. SOLUTION: The laminating device comprises: a supply side chamber 16 which has a storage means 27 for a base film 10 and can be switched to an atmospheric pressure or a vacuum pressure; an unloading side chamber 17 which has a storage means 67 for the laminating film 13 and can be switched to an atmospheric pressure or a vacuum pressure; and shutter means 31 and 63 which are provided on a partitioning wall 18 between the supply side chamber 16 and a chamber for joining 15 and a partitioning wall 19 between the chamber 15 and the unloading side chamber 17. In the joining chamber, the film is joined under a decreased pressure. |
