PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an alarm operation in the case the accuracy of a printing medium with respect to a printing part is lowered by a predetermined amount or more. SOLUTION: A conveyance controlling circuit 21 comprises a reference value producing part for providing a reference value by counting the number of steps needed for conveyance of the first label 11b of the label papers 10 at the time of conveying label papers 10, a check part for counting the number of steps for conveyance of the label 11b at each time of conveying the subsequent labels 11b so as to compare and check the same with the reference value, and a judgment part for executing an alarm operation at the time displacement exceeds the tolerance value according to the checking result of the check part.
