PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive cover tape comprising a base film to be glued to a carrier tape and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which does not peel from the carrier tape nor allows an adhesive to run out even if it has been stored for a long time at a high temperature during carrying or the like and does not degrade in a peel strength. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive cover tape 20 includes the pressure- sensitive adhesive layer 22 formed along both longitudinal side ends on one of surfaces of a tape-formed base film 21, which comprises a urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol and a polyisocyanate under existence of a catalyst, and a urethane resin adhesive containing an antioxidant.
