PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torch for powder plasma build-up welding which can easily be used irrespective of dimensions of a pipe material and a configuration thereof, etc., and facilitates repair of a torch head even when it breaks down. SOLUTION: The torch head 3 is replaceably connected with a torch body 5. The torch body 5 is provided with a gap formation spacer member 7 abutted on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe material P so as to keep a distance between the opening part of the convergent nozzle of the torch head 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe material P substantially constant when the welding is performed, and with a deflection restraint spacer member 9 abutted on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe material P so as to prevent the deflection of the torch body 5 in the pipe material P when the build-up welding is performed.
