PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment method which performs adjustment of the optical axis of optical fiber and microlens precisely and in a short time. SOLUTION: A beam connecting means 4 is provided with a collimator lens 41 and a half mirror 42, and reference beams are made to be parallel beams, thereafter, are returned in the same direction with object beams which are emitted from microlens arrays 32 by the half mirror 42, are superposed on the object beams and causes an interference pattern to be generated.
