PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a valve apparatus, in which a cleaning degree is increased while suppressing a manufacturing cost at the time of running cleaning of the valve apparatus. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the valve apparatus, comprising: a valve body 29 having a valve seat 29a; a valve member 26 that can be brought into contact with and be spaced from the valve seat 29a; a drive device part S that moves the valve member 26 toward a direction spaced from the valve seat 29a by electric conduction; and an urging spring 24 urging the valve member 26 toward a direction brought into contact with the valve seat 29a, the valve member 26 is brought into contact with or is spaced from the valve seat 29a to open or close the valve, and the opening period of the valve is variable to adjust a flow rate. Operations of opening/closing the valve are repeated by cleaning liquid pressure pressing the valve member from a direction opposite to an urging direction of the urging spring 24.
