PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a state capable of engine control till the engine is stopped with an operator's will after engine starting. SOLUTION: A relay 8 is inserted to a dedicated power supply line 21a for supplying an electric power from a battery 6 to the internal combustion engine control device 3 and a device associated therewith, and has a self-hold function. The relay 8 is controlled by a processing unit 9 and a relay driving hold circuit 11. The processing unit 9 carries out processing, and receives a main switch signal for showing an ON/OFF state of a main SW 5 which is in an ON state at operation and stop switch signal for showing an ON/OFF state of a stop SW 4 which is made to be in an ON state at operation stop. Further, the processing unit 9 output/hold a relay drive signal when the main switch signal shows the ON state, and stops an output of the relay drive signal when the stop switch signal show the ON state. The relay driving hold circuit 11 drives and holds the relay 8 to be in an electric power supply state.
