PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous adhesive composition which is perfectly aqueous and is excellent, e.g. in resistances to boiling water and chemicals. SOLUTION: This aqueous adhesive composition contains an aqueous dispersion and a water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition which contains a polyisocyanate and an emulsifier prepared by reacting a polyisocyanate with an alkoxypolyalkylene ether glycol and a dialkanolamine.
