PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic resin the weather resistance of which is improved to a similar level with those of a fluorine resin or silicone resin, and an acrylic urethane resin composition and an acrylic melamine resin composition containing the above acrylic resin. SOLUTION: The acrylic resin is characterized by containing (a) cyclohexyl(meth)acrylate, (b) a hydroxyl group-containing monomer (c) a polymer having a polymerizable unsaturated group and 3,000-15,000 weight-average molecular weight, and (d) a vinyl monomer and/or a (meth) acrylic monomer.
