PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having a tetrahedral shape, which can be displayed/sold under a state wherein a content is housed, and the packaging bag is being hung, and also, by which the content housed inside can be seen through, and of which the design property is excellent. SOLUTION: The end edges of two edges being confronted with each other of a square laminated body having heat-bondability are doubly folded in a manner to put the end edges in order, and thus, a side end heat-bonded section is formed on the end edge. Then, an upper end edge heat-bonded section having a wider width is formed at one of the end edges which is perpendicular with the side end heat-bonded section is formed. At the same time, on the other end edge, a lower end edge heat-bonded section in the perpendicular direction with the upper end edge heat-bonded section is formed in such a manner that the side edge heat-bonded section may be located at the center. Then, a hanging hole is formed on the upper end edge heat-bonded section. Also, a notch for unsealing is formed on the side end heat-bonded section at a location on the inside from the inner end of the upper end edge heat-bonded section for the constitution of this packaging bag having the tetrahedral shape.
