PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan control device capable of reducing the noise. SOLUTION: The cooling fan control device comprises a means to control the drive voltage of a cooling fan when it is started into a fan starting minimum voltage value necessary for starting the cooling fan and a means to control the fan drive voltage after being started, into a drive voltage value corresponding to the sensed temperature on the basis of the relation between the predetermined temperature to be sensed and the fan drive voltage, wherein the relation between the sensed temperature and fan drive voltage is decided so that the fan driving voltage value increases with a higher sensed temperature in the range from a specified fan controlling minimum voltage value lying lower than the fan starting minimum voltage value to a specified fan controlling maximum voltage value lying higher than the fan starting minimum voltage value.
