PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing faucet capable of solving such an inconvenience that a discharge pipe is unintentionally and freely pivoted to make slippage from a required discharge position in the case a discharge temperature is adjusted and in the case a flow is adjusted for a faucet having a control section on the front end of a discharge port. SOLUTION: A flow adjusting means and a discharge temperature adjusting means are independently and separately placed to the discharge port, and the relation of a position between the pivot for respective adjusting means and an universal pivot of the discharge pipe is limited. Accordingly, both flow adjusting means and discharge temperature adjusting means are positioned close to a user, and both adjusting means have easy controllability. In the case the flow is adjusted, an operation of a discharge temperature change is not made by mistake, and on the contrary, in the case the discharge temperature is adjusted, an operation of a flow change is not made by mistake. By pivot of a single cylindrical valve body and an axial movement in back and forth, the adjustment of the flow and the adjustment of the discharge temperature are made to compact a control section.
