PURPOSE: A white electroluminescent polymer and an organic electroluminescence device employing the polymer as a light emitting layer are provided to prevent the deterioration of the characteristic of a device due to the phase separation and to improve the color purity. CONSTITUTION: The white electroluminescent polymer comprises a polyarylene main chain introduced with 3,3'-bicarbazyl group, and is represented by the formula 1, wherein Ar is an aromatic group of C6-C26 or a heteroaromatic group of C4-C14 containing a hetero atom in an aromatic ring, and the aromatic or heteroaromatic group can be substituted with one or more alkyl group of C1-C12, alkoxy group or amine group; R is H, a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group of C1-C12 or an aromatic group of C6-C14, and the aromatic group can be substituted with one or more alkyl group of C1-C12, alkoxy group or amine group; and 0.1<= m/(m+n)<=0.9 and 0.1<=n/(m+n)<=0.9.
