PURPOSE: A delineator is provided to shorten the time required for replacement and to prevent environmental pollution on a road. CONSTITUTION: The delineator comprises: a fixing body(10) provided with a fitting hole(11) and a coupling space(12) and fixed to a road surface by an anchor bolt(20), a fixing member(21) and a nut(23); a hollow tube body(30) made of soft synthetic resins, fixed to the fixing body(10) and filled with air under the appointed pressure; and a coupler/separator for coupling/separating the tube body(30) to/from the fixing body(10) easily and containing at least one or more coupling projections(32) formed on the outside of a supporter(31) of the tube body(30), and a spigot(13) and a hanging groove(14) formed to the inside of the coupling space(12) of the fixing body(10) to be rotated after interposing the coupling projection(32) of the tube body(30).
