PURPOSE: Provided is an ozone generator which can improve the corrosion resistance and radiation effect of electrode by discharging high frequency waves using resonance circuit and can minimize circuit structure. CONSTITUTION: The ozone generator comprises a rectifier(11) which rectifies alternating current from external power source with direct current; a wave form controller(12) which controls pulse wave; a square pulse wave generator(14) which is composed of wave form controller and a gate operator(13) that generates square pulse wave using transistor; an impulse wave generator(15) which generates the impulse wave of high voltage by compressing square pulse wave; an electric circuit(10) which is composed of coil (L), capacitor (C) and resonance circuit(16) that resonates in fixed frequency; an electric discharge chamber(20) which generates ozone by discharging air using high voltage impulse wave; a temperature sensor(30) which is installed between electric circuit and electric discharge chamber and breaks high voltage impulse wave.
