PURPOSE: An automatic water-saving faucet with a power-generating turbine is provided to remove the inconvenience of replacement of a battery and to supply the power for driving a faucet valve switching device by attaching a power-generating turbine and a generator. CONSTITUTION: An automatic-water saving faucet comprises a power-generating turbine(19) for generating power from water, a generator directly connected with a turbine shaft, a charge cell(8) for storing the generated power, an infrared sensor(21) for sensing the hand of a user, a drive unit for automatically opening and closing a valve according to the output of the sensor, and valves(6,17,15) for controlling the flow of the water.
