PURPOSE: A wireless LAN(Local Area Network) simple exchange device is provided to connect to a terminal by wireless without a wired office line connection by connecting to the Internet by wireless. CONSTITUTION: A wireless LAN exchange unit(100) connects to a plurality of PSTNs(Public Switched Telephone Networks)/ISDNs(Integrated Services Digital Networks) and a LAN(160), and sets a necessary communication path between a transmission terminal and a reception terminal through switching. An AP(Access Point) unit(110) connects to the wireless LAN exchange unit(100) by wire, and connects to a plurality of terminals and PSTNs/ISDNs connected to the wireless LAN exchange unit(100). A wireless terminal unit(120) connects to the AP unit(110) by wireless, connects to a general telephone by wire, and connects a communication path of the wireless LAN exchange unit(100) and the general phone. A wireless line unit(130) connects to the AP unit(110) by wireless, connects to the PSTN/ISDN(35) by wire, and connects a communication path of the wireless LAN exchange unit(100) and the PSTN/ISDN(35). An IP(Internet Protocol) terminal unit(140) connects to the AP unit(110) by wireless, connects a communication path with the wireless LAN exchange unit(100), uses all services of the wireless LAN exchange unit(100), and connects a PC(150).
