Whipps Table/Board Game is an indoor or outdoor game depending on where t he player(s) want(s) to be. It is played on a TABLE ar BOARD using miniature whips and Pivot wedges. The Pivot wedge is whipped by a player towards one goal. T he challenge player whips the Pivot wedge towards the opposite direction. The strands are wound round the Pivot wedge, Pivot wedge is laid flat on the table and whisk ed forward, followed by more whips. Or, the said is positioned on the throne stand and given a forward whip followed by more whilaping to produce speedier spinning. The difference between this game and Pivot Whipping Game Reg. No. 2,311,148 is that we have advanced this to the level of being played on a Table or Board by those peop le or Players who for health reasons cannot bend to whip, or cannot run fast on ice or on smooth flat surface. The player tries to maintain the Pivot spinning on its thin end unt il it passes through the goal objects as designed. still spinning. if the Pivot lies on i ts sloppy side, or on its flat surface, it is a foul.
