摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a car body deceleration waveform for favorably reducing the deceleration of occupants. SOLUTION: One end of a seat belt 3 is extended from a retractor 4 integrally provided with a seat 1, and a buckle 6 to couple the seat belt at an intermediate part is coupled with a buckle support 8f of an actuator 8 integrally provided with the seat. As gas is generated from the actuator in an initial stage of collision, the buckle support is moved rearward of a car body to strengthen restraint by the seat belt to integrate the occupant 2 with the seat. In a middle stage of collision, move of the buckle support is prohibited by a shock absorbing body of the actuator, so that deceleration in the opposite direction is generated. By thus generating a larger deceleration than an average deceleration (car body deceleration) at the buckle support in the initial stage of collision, the occupant is integrated with the car body as early as possible. In a terminal period of collision, the occupant is kept integrated with the car body to be decelerated at the average deceleration, thereby realizes a car body deceleration waveform that is favorable for reduction of occupant deceleration.</p>
