<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure feeding device capable of certainly holding down a levitation of a rotor, sustaining a long time of operation, and free of such a phenomenon that its suction port and discharge port are divided by a contact line formed from the rotor and a conical surface. SOLUTION: The fluid pressure feeding device is composed of a housing 2 supported on an outer frame 1 rotatably in the horizontal direction and having a spherical cavity on the axis, the conical surface 3 whose apex lies at the spherical center of the housing, the rotor 6 which is supported on the apex of the conical surface in inclination so as to make a line contact with the conical surface through a sphere 5 and whose peripheral surface makes a slide contact with the spherical wall of the housing, and blades to partition the area between the rotor and the conical surface evenly into a plurality of pump chambers, and is further furnished with a suction passage 19 to suck in a fluid and a discharge passage 21 to discharge the fluid from the pump chambers, and thereto a differential pressure is applied from that surface of the rotor located opposite the pump chamber. The housing is rotated horizontally relative to the outer frame, and the conical surface and the rotor in line contact therewith are rotated in a single piece with the housing so that holding-down of the rotor is ensured.</p> |
