SOLUTION: A mounting part 53 projecting sideways is provided on a casing 3. a reinforcement member 54 is overlapped with the mounting part 53, and the member and the part are tightened to a seat frame. A support piece 54c is formed integrally with the reinforcement member 54, and a connector 88 is pressed against a gas generating mechanism in a cylinder 8 by a left spring 89 locked to the support piece 54c.
