PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fine control of the turning state by making a turning stroke of a power steering lever larger. SOLUTION: In this traveling device, side clutches 24L, 24R for carrying out a connection/disconnection of a motive power to the traveling device are provided at right and left sides and a differential gearing is provided between right and left side clutch gears. An axle 18 at inner side of turning is normally and reversely subjected to a variable speed change by driving of the differential gearing by a turning HST 6. A driving rotation speed of the turning HST 6 is controlled corresponding to a turning operation angle of the power steering lever 3. The power steering lever 3 has a base end shaft 3a and an inclined part 3c continued thereto and is constituted such that it turns making an axis of the base end shaft 3a as a center.
