PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely display the reducing rate of a battery remaining capacity accompanying the displaying of the battery residue. SOLUTION: When the voltage of a secondary battery 1 is measured by an A/D converter circuit 12, a control circuit 13 controls the display operation of a battery residue display part 18 for displaying the reducing rate of the remaining capacity, together with the residue of the secondary battery 11, on the basis of the battery voltage 112 that is the measurement result from the A/D converter circuit 12.
