PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional freezing device, in which a plurality off units are connected, that the rotating rate of a compressor is reduced when a solenoid valve in a showcase of a low objective inside temperature is closed and, further, the temperature of flowing refrigerant becomes higher than an actual inside temperature of the showcase of the low objective inside temperature, when the rotating rate of the same is set at too much low value since there is no lower limit of the rotating rate whereby a thermal efficiency becomes worse. SOLUTION: The compressor is controlled by a method wherein objective inside temperatures set in respective units are detected and the objective temperature is produced based on the lowest objective inside temperature, while the capacity of the compressor is determined based on the objective temperature and the saturation temperature of refrigerant sucked into the compressor.
