PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice storage apparatus having a relatively simple structure where fluid can be moved without any stagnation within an ice storage tank, and working efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: The ice storage apparatus includes an ice storage bath being filled with liquid, and a refrigerant circulation pipe being arranged in the ice storage bath, circulates a refrigerant into the refrigerant circulation pipe, and forms ice on the outer wall of the refrigerant circulation pipe. Additionally, the ice storage apparatus has a fluid-guiding member being arranged in the ice storage bath, and can allow fluid supplied from the outside of the ice storage bath along the outer wall of the refrigerant circulation pipe by the fluid-guiding member. Further, in the fluid-guiding pipe, the fluid-guiding member is arranged nearly concentrically with the refrigerant circulation pipe around the refrigerant circulation pipe, and the fluid is guided between the inner wall of the fluid- guiding member and the outer wall of the refrigerant circulation pipe.
