PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner with a drum type intake door, preventing a reduction in air quantity, optimizing an arrangement space, requiring a less number of parts and facilitating molding work. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises an intake case 5 having an inside air intake 7 and an outside air intake 6 formed therein, the intake door having a curved peripheral face 30, adapted to be turned by a first driving source for selectively opening/closing the inside air intake 7 and the outside air intake 6, and a fan 26 adapted to be rotated by a second driving source 30 for feeding air from the inside air intake 7 or the outside air intake 6 to a vaporizer side. A turning shaft 35 of the intake door 10 is arranged in almost the same line with a rotating shaft 37 of the fan 26.
