PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a reverse membership card are provided to efficiently manage the service points accumulated corresponding to the use of the membership card and to enhance the availability of the membership card by changing the kind of the membership card corresponding to the age and job of the service user. CONSTITUTION: A service providing device(10) is connected with many member companies(20), and an investment company(30) via a specific communication network. The member company issues the membership card and provides the service points corresponding to the amount of the consumption to the service user. The service providing device sums up the service points of the service user and generates a point pool. The service providing device performs the investment by using the point pool and adds the profits generated from the investment to the point pool. The service providing device distributes the points as a reverse point to the service user.
