AQUEOUS INK COMPOSITION AND AQUEOUS BALL-POINT PEN USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous ink composition and to provide an aqueous ball-point pen causing no blurring nor discontinued lines due to the corrosion of a penpoint even after a long preservation without using an aqueous ink composition containing a rust-preventive agent. SOLUTION: The aqueous ink composition has an electrical conductivity of <=1.5 mS/cm. The ball-point pen having the ball made of a hard metal uses the aqueous ink composition.
