PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an instrument from overpressure, and easily discharge gas desired to be removed to the outside of piping. SOLUTION: This pressure measuring instrument provided with a nipple of which the one end is connected to one end of a measuring instrument main body is provided with a vent plug hole provided in the nipple, of which the one end is communicated with a through hole of the nipple, and of which the other end is opened toward its outside, and an opening and closing means provided in the nipple to open and close the vent plug hole.
