OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR WINDING SHUTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device for a winding shutter capable of performing a lock opening operation by a person in a standing posture. SOLUTION: A locking device is constituted with fastening fittings provided at both the sides of a bottom slat and fastening-receiving fittings installed to the bottom ends of the guide rail respectively; locking is performed by an exerting force by a spring member provided to the fastening fittings by fastening the slat; the fastening-receiving fittings and the handle are connected through a coupling rod held and slid by the guide rail; and this handle is located at a position where the handle can be operated by a person in a standing posture and unlocking operation is performed by operating the handle.
