PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive reutilization of a reinforcing material and enable manufacturing economically a molding device with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The mold device is provided with a mold part 14 provided with a cavity 12, a reinforcing member 16 which is devided into three and disposed on the outer side of the mold 14, a tightening jig 18 for press-holding the reinforcing member 16 to the molding 14, a cylindrical spacer member 20 to be pinched between the mold part 14 and the reinforcing member 16, and a platy spacer 22 pinched between the reinforcing member 16. The elastic modulus and/or the hardness of the cylindrical spacer member 20 and the platy spacer member 22 are set to be higher than those of the reinforcing member 16.
