PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filter cleaner capable of simply removing the dust bonded to a bottomed cylindrical oil filter. SOLUTION: The oil filter cleaner is composed of a motor-operated drill 6 and the cleaning instrument 7 attached to the motor-operated drill 6 in a freely detachable manner and capable of being inserted into the oil filter and the wiping material of the rotated cleaning instrument 7 is brought into contact with the inner wall of the oil filter.
