PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively mill rice with embryo and usual rice in an inclined circulating type household rice milling machine. SOLUTION: In the circulating type household rice milling machine constituted so that the inlet of a rice milling chamber 7 is allowed to communicate with the discharge port 6 of a rice milling hopper 5 and the circulating passage returned to the rice milling hopper 5 from the outlet of the rice milling chamber 7 through a return passage 11 is constituted and a rice milling roll 3 is inserted into the rice milling screen 16 in the rice milling chamber 7 and rice charged in the rice milling hopper 5 is milled while circulated through the circulating passage, a gradient is applied to the rice milling chamber 7 so that the outlet of the rice milling chamber 7 becomes higher than the inlet thereof and two kinds of rice cleaning screens 16 and 16' for rice with embryo and usual rice are housed in the rice milling chamber 7 so as to be freely taken in and out selectively. The height of the longitudinal ribs provided to the inner surfaces of two kinds of the rice milling screens 16 and 16' are set so that the ribs of the rice cleaning screen 16 for rice with embryo become relatively low.
