PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device for a pachinko machine, with which the surface of a play panel can be changed and decorativeness on the surface of the play panel can be improved by flickering a light emitting body with the rotation of a rotating body caused by contact with a play ball. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a rotating body 25, which is arranged in the play area of a play panel 11 capable of developing a required pachinko game, to be rotated by contact to the play ball, a contact member 40/member 42 to be contacted, which can be contacted and separated when the rotating body 25 is rotated, and a light emitting body 27 to be turned on when the contact member 40 and the member 42 to be contacted are contacted and to be turned off when the contact member 40 and the member 42 to be contacted are separated.
