PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fryer capable of preparing various kinds of objects to be prepared, efficiently forming an electric field ambience in a specified area and maintaining freshness of cooking oil. SOLUTION: The fryer 1 is provided with a conveyor 7 for conveying foods (a), (a) and so on, the objects to be prepared, provided inside an oil tank 2a housing the cooking oil 6, frying and preparing the foods (a), (a) and so on, wherein the fryer 1 is provided with a partition plate 3 for partitioning the inside of the oil tank 2a into a first housing part 4 and a second housing part 5, an electrode 15 in an insulated state provided on a part of the partition plate 3, space areas 2d, 2e provided on spaces between both ends of wall faces of the oil tank 2a and the partition plate 3, a filter part 20 provided on one side 2e of the space area so as to be insulated from the oil tank 2a and the partition plate 3 and a circulation part 25 for circulating the cooking oil 6 in the oil tank 2a outside the oil tank 2a. The electrode is provided near an opening for introducing the foods, the objects to be prepared. |
