PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily judge the transplantability of cultured tissue and surely supply the tissue of stable quality at a proper time. SOLUTION: The mass of a cultured tissue is measured, the measurement is then compared with a transplantability reference, and based on the result, the transplantability of the cultured tissue is judged. By the way, the mass of the cultured tissue is measured at least once after beginning its culture, and based on the measurement, the period of its culture is extended or shortened, or culture conditions including the kind of medium are adjusted, thereby putting the cultured tissue to quality control and providing the transplantable cultured tissue at a proper time. |
