PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the grafting rate of grafted nursery plant. SOLUTION: A nursing chamber 1 in which grafted nursery plants are piled on air-permeable racks and nursed is installed. The nursing chamber 1 is made to send air-conditioned air blown from a side wall in the transverse direction and to flow the air-conditioned air in the transverse direction between the racks on which the grafted nursery plants are piled. Reflecting plates 14 for sending the air-conditioned air flowing between the racks upward are arranged. The air-conditioned air is sent in the transverse direction and uniformly supplied to each space between the racks on which the grafted nursery plants are piled. Since the air-conditioned air flowing between the racks is guided upward by the reflecting plates 14, an amount of the air-conditioned air flowing to the leaf parts of the grafted nursery plants is reduced to prevent the leaf parts from being dried. The bed soil parts of the grafted nursery plants are warmed by the air-conditioned air flowing upward and the grafting ratio of the grafted nursery plants can be improved.
