PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery treatment tool by which the stitching operation and treatment operation of an incision with an angle with respect to a manipurator insertion part axis can easily be performed by rotating around the posture axis of a treatment part by simple operation while keeping the treatment part in an optional posture. SOLUTION: The surgery treatment tool has a rotation angle detection sensor 9 for detecting the rotation of an insertion part around an axis. When the insertion part 2 is rotated around the axis, the rotation is converted to the rotation around the posture axis of the treatment part 3, and the part 3 is rotation-controlled around the posture axis to keep the posture of the part 3 indicated by a posture indication part 4.
